The key is to practice every day, increase your knowledge of yoga, challenge yourself to go deeper into your practice and take the required Course to earn your Certification. Your age doesn’t matter.
You know your abilities and your limitations, and you’ve embraced your maturity. You know that your mind is sharper and your body more flexible, and you have stronger bones than seniors who have not yet experienced the benefits of a daily yoga practice. You are more centered and confident in your skills. You have the resources and the time. You do it with the zest and excitement of a child, balanced by the knowledge that you have reached midlife and you have made a decision to change. You tackle the challenge with eagerness, knowing that you’ve taken care of your loved ones, had a successful career or enjoyed personal success in other arenas. Becoming a Yoga Teacher later in life, may actually be better for you because you won’t enter into the field with doubts or regrets of what other path you may have followed. You’ll know. You become the person you were meant to be. I've become Yoga Teacher!

As you seen the children, they are so flexible & they are very active & never easy to get tired even not easy to get sick except by the virus, until sometime make the parents should hold and keep them to stop from they activity! Because children are having good flexibility and from that they get a good balance, the same is for adults. But when we start to growth we get busy with life and we loose the flexibility & the balancing and we start to feel all the stiffness around the body that block our whole system. There is no beginner or expert on yoga, because we all begin when we just born as a nature, as the movements naturally step by step guiding a baby until the baby can standing on they self. Everyone can get the flexibility only by a regular practice, this is a fact, and is very true. Yoga is just a simply way to bring back the flexibility & the good balance to your body and mind, by doing everything without forcing yourself, just by do every single movement as far as you can, and while you feel your own stretching just try to manage your breathing as deep & as relax as you can, because without you realizing when you feel your own stretching & you combine with your breathing, you just open of your stimulation system, and healing can start.
